So that wou ld be ... 30-13=17.... 17 YEARS OF MY LIFE 🤔      COULD you only imag ine how mu ch damage done to my lungs in that amount of time. Well I have 5 beautiful kids and thought "Maybe it's time to stop, not only for my children but for myself obviously." Why wouldn't I stop? Because I want to die? No, not hardly. I have tried gum, patches, cold turkey, all of the above and none of the such has helped. I recently tried vaping and at first, no it didn't help. You may have tried by vaping also and it didn't work for you but I found out the key. Find a mod, tank, dev ice, etc and a flav or that wor ks for you. One that makes you rat her tas te that rath er than a nasty cigarette taste. Lots of people take the earth for granted. We need to work together to help the environment and save the earth. Here are a few things I do ... 1. Get reusable totes for groceries... We use way too many plastic grocery bags. 2. Reuse old sandwich meat containers instead of buying Tupperware... We throw away so many containers that could be reused. 3. Separate your plastic, aluminum and glass... You can help the recycling companies by recycling your old trash so it doesn't go to the landfill and become more waste. 4. Plant some things... We can help the environment by planting trees, flowers, veggies, and much more. This isn't all you can do but this is just a few things... Try and make a few changes and no matter how small it seems, you can help a lot by doing them.
